AzorGhee butter was born and grew up on the island of Terceira - Azores- and comes from the cows that live in our pastures.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This clarified butter is produced completely naturally by a process over low heat, which lasts for hours or days, that remove impurities in milk.<\/strong>, like lactose, caseine and water. The output of this long process is one healthy and pure fat<\/strong>without adding additives or preservatives, with caramelised almond flavour, sweet smell and golden colour.<\/p>

This recipe has been used for thousands of years in India, both in the diet and in \u00c1yurveda medicine.<\/p>
