Trocas e Devoluções – Como devolver ou trocar uma encomenda

To iniciate the return or exchange process, please contact us through our e-mail and write to us:

  • the order number;
  • a copy of the receipt;
  • a photo of the product;
  • the description of the problem.

After receiving and verifying the email, we will send you the necessary information so you can complete your exchange/return. Please do not send any products before going through these steps, they will not be accepted.

The shipping costs to our address will be covered by the customer, unless AzorGhee or the shipping services are responsible for the reason of the return/exchange.

The exchange or return will only be done after an evaluation of the condition of the product – the product can't have been opened previously and it's packaging has to be intact to be considered eligible for exchange/return.

Deadline for exchanges/returns

The customer has 14 days after they have received their order to ask for an exchange/return.


Refuns will be issued through the same paying method used by the customer to place their order.

Canceling orders

Orders can only be canceled if the payment hasn't been done and if the order hans't been processed yet.

Orders not received

If an order hasn't been delivered for any reason that can be atributed to AzorGhee, the customer will receive a full refund. If the reason can be atributed to the customer, the refund value will be deducted from the shiping and return costs.
Caso o motivo da “não entrega” seja imputável ao cliente o valor a reembolsar será deduzido dos custos de envio e devolução.
