This clarified butter is produced completely naturally by a process over low heat, which lasts for hours or days, that remove impurities in milk., like lactose, caseine and water. The output of this long process is one healthy and pure fatwithout adding additives or preservatives, with caramelised almond flavour, sweet smell and golden colour.
This recipe has been used for thousands of years in India, both in the diet and in Áyurveda medicine.
